The 225 room Pearl District hotel is coming along. This Marriott Residence Inn is going to be the Pearl’s first official hotel, currently we share surrounding area accommodations, so it will be nice to actually showcase something within the district.
The Hotel design lacks a parking garage, but would utilize the nearby SmartPark owned by the City of Portland. The two have already discussed plans on longterm leases totaling $100,000 per year.
