In Good Taste Cooking school is holding a Culinary Boot Camp this summer, from August 8 – 12, daily 9 AM – 4:30 PM. The program costs $1,250 per person; which includes your apron, knife, booking book, and lunch & dinner (daily). The class, lead by Jeremy Niehuss and Adam Kaplan, will take students to the Portland Farmer’s market to select all their ingredients to prepare a lunch and dinner for themselves.
In Good Taste Cooking School is located at 231 Northwest, 11th Avenue. They also have a location in Lake Oswego off Meadows road.
