Northwest Pettygrove Apartments is well under way. The site, at Northwest 14th Avenue and Pettygrove Street, is bordered by the recent Overton Project (mixed use commercial). Fosler Portland Architecture is the lead designer behind both projects, they focus on innovative urban architecture for small mid-rises and mixed use projects like these.
The buildings were planned and designed throughout early Fall, and design deadlines forced everything to be wrapped by late October. With the progress they’ve already made we suspect the deadline was made with no problems. View some construction photos below.
Both the suspected developer (WDC Properties) and design firm declined to comment on the project.
