The City of Portland received a Pre-Application Conference regarding a 282 apartment project in the Northern Pearl District. Although in early planing stages, the location is the Cash & Carry block, in the Northern Pearl District. Details for this Pearl District project are still becoming available, but this is what we know:

- 82′ (feet) high
- Two below grade parking levels
- Pool & spa in the center courtyard
- Vinyl windows
- Brick & metal fasade
- Studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms
