1233 Northwest 12th Avenue – an office building in the northern Pearl District area – sold for $10.35 to an affiliate of Unico Properties, based in Seattle, WA. The seller – C&E Propterites LLC – purchased the building in 1990 for $1.1 million. Unico currently manages some noteworthy buildings in Portland. These are, the U.S. Bancorp Tower, Commonwealth Building, and the Lincoln Building.
