We’ve dug up a proposal submitted for 50 residential apartments, 32 mechanical parking stalls, and 2,600 square feet of retail space. The site, located at 12th & Everett, is a 1/4 block and was formally occupied as an auto part store and repair shop. It has since been torn down for the suspected rendering on this page.
I am particularly anxious to see the mechanical parking structure, the outside facade looks a bit dingy on the West side (12th ave) but we may not be showing the final rendering. These projects often change in time. Although it is sad to see the old auto repair shop torn down, I am happy to see any development happening in the Pearl District.
