Green Frog Toys, a specialty toy store, will close its doors for good on December 24 at 3:00 PM. The retailer announced the decision today on their website. Green Frog also owns the near by Child’s Play Toys at Northwest 23rd & Kearney. All purchases made at Green Frog will be returnable at Child’s Play, and gift certificates will be redeemable. The owners Dale & Pat Fiedler explained, “We wish to spend more time with our family and friends and pursue other interests.” The two have been in the specialty business for 30 years. They hope to focus on Child’s Play in the mean time.
All support is directed to Child’s Play, and you may visit their website at www.childsplayportland.com. All the staff at Green Frog will be transferred to Child’s Play.
